Social Responsibility
Community Contributions
Our Approach
At QL, our community commitment is anchored in our “Value for All” philosophy. Guided by our corporate citizenship and philanthropy framework, we implement flagship programmes, including both one-off and long-term initiatives, that align with our Group’s overall business strategies and fit into our diverse business pillars to drive sustainable, impactful outcomes. Through our community engagement programmes, we promote employee volunteerism, encouraging employees’ active participation in initiatives that bolster local community resilience and reinforce our commitment to sustainable growth and corporate accountability.
To further strengthen this commitment, QL introduced the QL HEART Employee Volunteering Program in the first quarter of FY2026. This Group-wide initiative is designed to facilitate and empower employee engagement in meaningful social and environmental causes. Through partnerships with charitable partners or via internally organised corporate philanthropy programs, employees participate in approved activities such as food bank and soup kitchen support, disaster relief, and environmental cleanups. Volunteer contributions are recognised through a dedicated Volunteer Time-Off (VTO) benefit. Participation metrics including number of volunteers and total volunteering hours are currently being tracked to support target-setting and foster ongoing employee volunteerism.
