Likewise, our operations in Integrated Livestock Farming pillar span the entire value chain, via sub-pillars of animal feed raw material trade, commercial feed milling, layer farming, and broiler integration which produce eggs, broiler chickens, and Day Old Chicks (DOCs).

QL expanded its existing food production and distribution portfolio to a channel that is direct to consumer as the master franchisee of FamilyMart in Malaysia. Driven on the emphasis of convenience, FamilyMart changed the convenience landscape in Malaysia by offering a wide variety of ready-to-eat food that suit the local palate.

We are a certified operator employing Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) system in our palm oil cultivation. Our associate company, Boilermech Holdings Berhad, is a leading environmental technology company in the region. Our solutions in membrane-based water treatment, biomass and solar energy solutions and enables industry to achieve a clean and sustainable future.

Great emphasis is placed on quality and food safety. QL’s operations are acknowledged to adhere to best practice standards, with certifications ranging from Hazard Analytics and Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000), Malaysian Good Agricultural Practices (MyGAP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Makanan Selamat Tanggungjawab Industri (MeSTI) to Veterinary Health Mark (VHM). Our food manufacturing operations are also certified by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM) and where applicable, comply with US Department of Agriculture or EU regulations.

We operate out of 12 centers in Malaysia, 9 in Peninsular Malaysia and 3 in East Malaysia. In Indonesia, we have 4 operational centers in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Kalimantan and 1 in Vietnam near Ho Chi Minh city.
