Snapshot of the role:

Responsibility in assisting the Group Risk Management on implementation of QL’s Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Framework (which include and not limited to Strategic/ Corporate, Operational, Project, Digital, Financial Risks, etc). Business Continuity/ Crisis Management, Insurance Strategy, Sustainability and Anti-Corruption Risk assessment are among the job scope in ensuring an efficient and successful ERM implementation. The job may cover the coordination of the Group’s policy and procedures.

You are driven to:

Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”):
- Implementation of ERM Framework and the operating structure for (identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring the risks).
- Work with team on development of risk appetite, key risk management strategies
- Facilitation of risk management workshops
- Risk management reporting
Assist in research and development of ERM and insurance related educational materials (case studies, risk trending & analysis, scenario planning, etc)
Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as instructed by the supervisor
Coordination of policies and procedures administration

What you’ll need to succeed:

Relevant Degree or its International Equivalent in § in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Related Field.
Above 2 years of experience in relevant business functions / risk management / internal audit / project / process management especially in diversified organization.
Experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance of Listed Company.
Experience in Internal Audit &/or similar industries will be added advantage.
Knowledge of ERM and processes
Understanding of the organizational structure, policies and practices, and the impact on own area and the entire organization
Exposure in state, federal, and international laws and regulations that have impact on internal audit, compliance, general accounting, and management controls
Familiar with corporate governance and industry best practices
Proficiency in collecting and analysing complex data, evaluating systems and processes
High analytical skills with knowledge/exposure to risk management methodology

Position Title: Senior Internal Audit Executive

Snapshot of the role:

Senior Internal Audit Executive role is to assist the Internal Audit Manager and Head of Internal Audit in leading fieldwork, upholding the functional responsibilities of internal auditors and ensure effective and efficient execution of internal audit plan for QL Group of companies.

You are driven to:

Lead internal audit assignment including guiding & training junior auditors
Plan and organise audit, consulting & ad hoc assignments
Execute fieldworks for both auditing and consulting
Liaise with the respective personnel to obtain data/information for planning and fieldwork
Discuss and clarify issues of concerns with auditees
Draft findings, audit reports and assist in preparation of presentations
Ensure proper documentation and cross referencing to evidence the audit works and support the findings, opinion and conclusion made
Follow up on the status of corrective action plans
Assist annual audit and resource planning
Continuous improvement in audit methodology and application of International Professional Practices Framework (“IPPF”)

What you’ll need to succeed:

Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or equivalent Professional qualification
More than 3 years of internal auditing experience in public listed company or MNC
Exposure to auditing agro-based, manufacturing and retail operation
Experience in advisory, investigation, IT Governance/Controls, enterprise risk management, governance & compliance will be added advantage
Working knowledge on internal audit of various business functions and processes, and familiar with various business process best practices
Able to apply governance, risk and controls concepts and understanding into audit recommendations

Position Title: Veterinarian or QA Executive

Snapshot of the role:

The experienced Veterinarian team at HQ is looking for a Veterinarian or QA Executive to execute COE tasks that covers conduct farm audit, compile QA data, farm performance data and flock health data to track farm performance, assist QA Manager in review and translating SOP, coordinate and organise events for sharing knowledge and networking.

You are driven to:

Compiles data from Quality Assurance program, farm performance data and flock monitoring programs initiated by COE to communicate outcomes of monitoring activities.
Assists senior staff in developing, writing and translating SOP to document best practices and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Laboratory Projects and Responsibilities:

Assist laboratory diagnostic to poultry farms under Integrated Livestock Farming (ILF) division.
Receive samples and assign samples with identification number.
Assist in laboratory work (microbiology/ molecular biology/ serology/ egg quality test)
Preserve samples.
Assist in cleaning lab consumables.
Ensure all equipment are well maintain, working efficiently.
Perform housekeeping on the laboratory to ensure it is cleaned/sanitized and kept in an orderly manner.

Internship Requirements:

Position Title: Senior Training Content and Design Executive

Snapshot of the role:

Support the overall operation of QL Poultry Academy under Centre of Excellence (COE), especially on the content and design project such as OJT and module development.

This role will be temporarily based at HQ Shah Alam office and will move to QL Poultry Academy training centre located at QL Poultry Farms (Pajam, Negeri Sembilan) by first quarter of 2024.

You are driven to:

Design, develop, and enhance high-quality and high-impact training modules and content, method and platform while constantly reviewing and revising all existing training contents, training materials, training aids, and assessments.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for all departments to assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity and identify current and future critical development needs/skills gaps and able to strategically recommend training plans to Training Manager.
Design high-quality visual content of training materials that can grab participants’ attention and able to create a wide range of graphics and layouts for training purpose.
Prepare and analyse training reports at the management level and propose continual improvement from the results from the training/OJT method to increase training effectiveness.
Work with Training Manager in developing training SOP and constantly review, align and propose the revision of the SOP according to the latest operation changes.
Conduct research and propose recommendations for a new trend that are being used in the training industry.
Manage and ensure all training materials and content including training outlines, slides, videos, assessments and others are properly maintained and backup.
Work with Training Manager, trainers, subject matter expert (SME) and other stakeholders to maintain and publish content to Learning Management System platforms

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Executives in HR / Learning and Development (L&D) with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience
Experience in content management/knowledge management organization is a value-added. Familiarity with various methods (e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job training, simulations) of delivering training.
