    • Provide guidance on reporting timelines, templates, and compliance requirements to site finance teams
    • Review financial submissions prior to escalation to Senior Finance Manager
    • Support internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance with company policies
    • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of finance processes across ILF operations

  4. ERP Implementation & Process Improvement
    • Support M3 ERP implementation, including data migration, UAT, and process validation
    • Assist in master data setup and ensure data integrity
    • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
    • Drive initiatives to reduce reporting cycle time and improve data reliability

  5. Fair Value of Biological Assets & Costing
    • Coordinate with operations to ensure accuracy of biological data (e.g. population, growth, mortality rates)
    • Support fair value calculations and layer costing processes
    • Prepare analysis and presentation materials for management review

  6. Stakeholder Support & Ad-Hoc Analysis
    • • Provide financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making

What you’ll need to succeed:
