Position Title: Sales Representative (3 vacancies)
Snapshot of the role:
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Sales Representative to join our Sales department at the JB Depoh. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your will involve in promotes and sells a company’s products or services by identifying prospects, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet sales targets. They serve as the primary contact for clients, building relationships, providing after-sales support, and maintaining customer databases. This role involves cold calling, product demonstrations, and monitoring market trends to drive revenue to our integrated poultry business.You are driven to:
- Sales & Business Development: Prospecting for new clients (retailers, food service, farms), generating leads, and expanding market presence.
- Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Product Promotion: Educating clients on product features, benefits, pricing, and proper usage
- Sales Execution: Presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, processing orders, and closing deals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Tracking sales data, monitoring market trends, and reporting on performance.
- Marketing Support: Participating in trade shows, demos, and campaigns to promote the brand.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaising with production and logistics for timely product delivery.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum SPM
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in FMCG
- Experience of working with Autocount software will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
