Position Title: HR Assistant
Snapshot of the Role
HR Assistant is responsible to performing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing support to various departments as needed.
You are driven to:
- Maintain and update the crew database, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare documentation for apply/ renewal of PLKS and compliance with DOF permit requirements, including maintain related documentation.
- Assist in the licensing process and submission for vessels, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and tracked.
- Prepare insurance documentation for crew, including SOCSO and SKHPPA.
- Assist on incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Assist the team with general administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with data entry and maintain HR database accuracy.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Diploma in Human Resource/ Office Administration or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
