Position Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Snapshot of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead Finance, Accounting and Tax, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Legal and Business Support at PT QL Hasil Laut, a manufacturer of surimi, surimi-based products and fishmeal.
Reporting to the Business Operation Assistant General Manager, the role will strengthen financial performance, controls and compliance while supporting operational expansion and sustainable growth.
The successful candidate must be willing to be based in Lamongan, Indonesia, for at least three years.
- Lead finance, accounting and taxation operations, including financial closing, management accounts and statutory reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, capital expenditure and business performance analysis.
- Oversee taxation, product costing, inventory accounting and fixed assets.
- Strengthen financial controls, policies, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Support contracts, licences, permits, corporate records and other legal or regulatory matters.
- Lead finance-related ERP implementation and drive process improvement, automation and standardisation.
- Provide financial and commercial insights to support management decisions.
- Lead, coach and develop the finance and corporate support team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, MACPA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cost management, cash flow and internal controls.
- Knowledge of Indonesian taxation and statutory requirements is preferred.
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance or ERP implementation is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- High integrity, sound judgement and ability to handle confidential information.
- Overseas or Indonesia working experience is an advantage.
- Willing to be posted to Lamongan, Indonesia, for at least three years. Malaysians currently working and residing in Indonesia are encouraged to apply.
