Position Title: Supervisor / Executive – Accounts & Finance (Retail Division)
Snapshot of the role:
Be at the heart of our retail finance operations, where you will keep daily transactions accurate and compliant while supporting month-end reporting and smooth coordination between outlets and head office. In this hands-on role, you will manage core accounting and bookkeeping activities, resolve discrepancies with stakeholders, and help strengthen processes.You are driven to:
- Ensure timely and accurate posting, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Maintain organized records and follow through on outstanding items until closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
- Learn continuously and adapt to changes as the retail business grows.
- Uphold integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial data.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent with relevant accounting experience in retail/FMCG.
- Minimum 1-2 years (Supervisor position) in similar capacity.
- Minimum 3 years (Executive position) in similar capacity.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; comfortable working with data and deadlines.
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently; good communication skills and teamwork.
