Position Title: IT Infra Intern

How will you benefit?
Gain a holistic understanding of the operations in the Information Technology dept by supporting day-to-day IT operations and working on IT projects, including:- Active Directory (AD) Maintenance
- Review, update, and clean up user accounts (remove inactive/duplicate entries; ensure data accuracy).
- Document changes and report findings to the IT Administrator.
- IT Onboarding Video Creation
- Support scriptwriting, storyboarding, and editing of onboarding videos.
- Collaborate with IT team to capture processes and ensure clear, brand-compliant content.
- IT Infrastructure & Operational Support
- Assist with system updates/upgrades and maintain IT assets/documentation.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support ad-hoc IT tickets under supervision.
This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge in Windows OS, software/applications, PC hardware, IT peripherals and network topology (LAN and WAN).
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and BM.
- Proactive and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player.
- Have own transport and willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
