Position Title: Veterinarian Executive (Pajam farm)
Snapshot of the role:
We’re looking for a Veterinarian Executive to provide veterinary support to poultry farms under Integrated Livestock Farming (ILF) division by conducting regular farm visits/audits and managing Quality Assurance program to ensure compliance to best practices.
You are driven to:
- To ensure best practice in farm leading to maximize health and production status and minimize disease exposure risk.
- To plan, coordinate, execute, monitor and continuous update of veterinary supplies management and execution of its SOPs to provide effective support to integration flock health program.
- Conduct farm visit and farm audit to check for compliance to work procedure.
- Manage Farm Quality Assurance program to achieve best farming practice.
- To ensure best practice leading to maximize the flock health status by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis and bio-security.
- To work closely with appropriate local government authorities and trade associations to ensure environmental and legal compliance.
- To commit to staff organization and leadership in training, operations analysis and operational improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Doctor Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent and registered with Malaysian Veterinary Council.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good written and verbal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Exposure and knowledge in poultry farming / operation and animal husbandry, poultry flock health & related diseases, quality assurance and control procedures and audit process.
- Eager to explore working in chicken farm setting.
- Great skills in area like communication, analytical thinking, problem solving and teamwork.
- Constant strive for continuous learning and high-performance culture.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pajam, Negeri Sembilan.
