Senior Maintenance Engineer

You are driven to:

• Plan, schedule, organize, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of work and maintenance program.
• Perform repair, troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of equipment, machines, and facilities according to a defined schedule.
• Evaluate equipment and system efficiency; and take action to maintain or improve.
• Work closely with production in scheduling preventive maintenance to ensure all production goals are met.
• Provide direct hiring, supervision, delegation, target setting, performance evaluation, and guidance to subordinates in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, update, and maintain preventive maintenance guidelines, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assess potential risks and make appropriate recommendations for action.
• Ensure employees receive proper training on company equipment and tools and conduct annual evaluations.
• Ensure availability of materials, anticipating requirements, and reordering.
• Ensure the work environment is safe by following prescribed guidelines.
• Ensure proper repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities are performed in conformance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, or standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Assist in managing maintenance budgets and costs.
