How will you benefit?
- Gain a holistic understanding of the operations of human resources function by supporting in day-to-day HR operations, including:
- updating Group HR database,
- processing monthly payments for 3rd party vendors,
- handling HRIS daily matters (leave, claim, attendance etc.), and
- assisting L&D dept in documentation and filling.
- Learn about the world of work and experience first-hand what it’s like to work in an office, interact with supervisors and colleagues, and handle internal customers.
This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and BM.
- Able to maintain private and confidential matters at all times.
- Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
- Meticulous with keen attention to details, and likes to work with data.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player.
- Have own transport and willing to be based in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
