Position Title: Executive – HR & Admin (Training)
Snapshot of the role:
Assist Manager to handle employee engagement, training administrations, on-boarding program, and other internal communication activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Publish and manage group training calendar and provide assistance to all staff pertinent to enrolment of training courses
- Manage the Training Module on HRIS and maintain all system administrative tasks.
- Register staff requested external trainings timely and accurately
- Monitor and manage individual annual training budget to ensure that it is effectively utilized
- Manage and administer on boarding programs, deliver on-boarding orientation to all new joiners
- Participate in designing and developing employee engagement plans in line with the people engagement plans in line with the people engagement strategy. Execute all engagement activities according to plans.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining all internal communication channels such as employee portal, bulletin boards, newsletters, email blasts, etc. and ensure that the materials are published according to the plans
- Propagate QL Values. Develop and implement activities that promote behaviours associated with upholding them.
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum Degree in Education, Training Development, Human Resources Management, or others equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Teaching.
- Friendly and comfortable with crowd
- Good Communication Skills
- Aggressive in continuous learning
- Team builder and team player
- Willing to work in Shah Alam
